I was lucky enough to stay here as part of my honeymoon in November 2012. The room was fantastic with views over circular quay which included the 'money shot' which was the harbour bridge AND the opera house in the same view. Floor to ceiling windows frame the incredible sight. Rooms were spacious if somewhat business like. We were left...

This was a beautiful hotel, and a beautiful experience. The design style is very corporate, suited well to business trip, there was a good area to work in each room. The hotel rooms were very large and spacious, ideal if planning on staying awhile. It was quite pricey, but this lines up with the service you are given here.

Booked the room as a gift for my best friend for the night before her wedding and Wedding night. I booked a Romance Package, advising in notes that it was a bride etc etc and she wanted a view.Let me start by saying, we got 100% what was paid for, a magnificent room with a view to die for. The hotel is amazing. We had a premier room connecting to a deluxe room. The premier rooms are worth the premium for the space. Go for a view of the opera house if you can. Fantastic. The club floor provides hot snacks and breakfast, and service is very friendly. Usual remarks about cost of extras applies. If you don't want...

Thank you to the staff at four seasons for making my friends bridal party unforgettable. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Cafe Sydney couldn't fit an extra person for dinner because they 'literally don't have any spare chairs' but one call from concierge and they fit our extra person in. Accommodation was clean, luxurious and had the most...

We spent OZ winter holiday with a great view of Opera House. This is our 2nd stay and, the management was very kind to upgrade us to Premier Harbour room. Easy access to lots of attraction , also to our fave restaurant Mr.Wong and Jamie Oliver"s Italian in walking distance. Some trouble with air-con but still great service and hospitality...

I decided to book 2 nights in a Deluxe Club room at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney for my partner's 30th birthday. Neither of us had stayed at the Four Seasons before and we were looking forward to trying somewhere different. We had previously had a wonderful experience in a Club room at another Sydney 5* hotel and we were...

Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
