Gorgeous hotel and the location could not be better. My room on the 25th floor had one of the best views I have ever seen- overlooking the harbor. All comforts met and the staff were particularly helpful with restaurant and running route suggestions.

Wonderful view looking at the breathtaking Sydney Opera House. Strategically located at "The Rock" which is walking distance to the beautiful harbour bridge. Walking distance to the shopping and tourist spots. The only thing which bothered me was the very weak flow of water from the shower.

The view from our room was spectacular but it came with the noise from the street and the pub at floor 6. The room was clean and what you would expect from a Four Seasons no matter where you are. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was noisy due to a benefit, but nothing you could hear...

I booked here for my partners birthday, having heard some positive feedback from others. I had some initial issues booking online, but after a quick and easy phone call (thanks to the fantastic person that served me), i promptly had a "Deluxe Full Harbour View" room booked for the Friday and Saturday night. Service was impeccable from the moment we...

Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
