The rooms were very good, location excellent, however you need to park your car three blocks away as there are few car parks at the hotel and these are generally taken by the permanent residents. the biggest issue at the hotel appears to be the total lack of direction to the staff, it took 35 minutes to even get a juice or coffee after we had to remind a staff member we had ordered as soon as we sat, this was the same the next day took 25 minutes. Breakfast was short each day by at least three staff and the place was not even busy, so that can't be used as an excuse. At the egg station there was no one really taking or distributing orders, therefore it was a free for all when food came out and people were taking others orders, also at the hot food dispensing area, there was one person who served and also did the running to the kitchen to top up depleted stock, this caused long long line ups. At checkin the hotel staff seemed confused and slow at booking rooms, there was an average wait of at least 45 minutes. there were other issues throughout the two night stay, but unless they employ more staff and have some leadership there, not worth the stay.

In reality for the price there are so many BETTER offerings. - I stayed 3 Nights and was with 2 others who also had rooms - we were all disappointed. - Food quality very average for the price and for a SWISS Hotel. - Service very slow. ( even allowing for COVID) - NO Parking - Valet NOT offered and parking station 4 Blocks away. ( Thats Crazy) - Breakfast is very average . - Check in takes 30mins Plus Its a real disappointment - There is simply Low Value for the amount paid.

Great hotel, lovely room, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, Right in the City so close to everything. Unfortunately the dining spoilt a lovely stay. Breakfast is a shambles, and the one evening meal we had was terrible

My niece and I stayed for one night and being right in the heart of Sydney we found the locality close to everything and the hotel also met all our expectations. The taxis are right out the front to take you to the shows at the Opera House and very quick.
