The room was excellent, the location for my work was ideal and within a short walk there were plenty of cafes and access to public transport. The service was first class. I had low expectations and was surprised it was so good!

The hotel is right by the central station and well located for walking to Darling Harbour and transport around the area. It is a modern hotel, with good room layouts. Small gym and pool. The bar on the ground floor does a paddle of the local beers which is good value and the restaurant was good when we had a...

Hotel is a few minutes walk from the central train station. However there is only really a few restaurants and takeaway outlets in the area. Concierge very helpful with explaining activities and how to get places.

We have stayed here numerous times and always had a great stay. We stayed here 2 nights before a cruise and one night after in two connecting rooms as had three young children (rooms 827 and 828). The service from start to finish was excellent. I'm an Accor/Platinum/Gold member and there were numerous calls and texts prior to ensure we...

Right near the train station, Hop on Hop Off, and numerous dining opportunities.he room was not overwhelming but perfectly adequate. Ours had a good view of the train station and city. Was in Sydney on Vacation in January for 6 days and stayed here. Was recommended by a friend. Great location as we were able to take the subway from aiport to there and right beside Central station. Walking distance to everything including gyms, food, cafe, bars, etc. Being right beside the train station/bus station was ideal so we didn't have...

The staff very very friendly and helpful, the room service was prompt and excellent quality. The room was clean although a couple of times we found the room was slightly untidy after being cleaned. Bin in the wrong place, towels still on the floor, toilet roll not replaced. Otherwise the bed was excellent and the services exemplary.
