The customer service was impeccable! We were looked after from the second we pulled up at the front of the hotel. Our bags were taken care of...

Large large rooms with a kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom with spa. I didn't get a harbour view room but suspect it may have been quieter on the other side with a view out over the park. The hotel also has really good conference facilities with very friendly and helpful staff and excellent lunches and snacks.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. First, the location is amazing, with views over the Barbour and looking directly at the harbour bridge. Second, the suites are fantastic with everything you might need including a mini kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer, even a mini dishwasher! The suites are very spacious, all with outdoor balconies facing the harbour...

Balcony looking out on to the quay with a view of the bridge. Great to sit there and watch the ferries and the cruise liners coming...

We walked from Quay West to its sister resort The Q at Sydney Wharf. This restaurant is on the second floor and easy to miss as you stroll along the wharf. But once you find it ; you will be glad you did. We had to ask what several of the entrees were. But we tried them all( there were...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
