Found our Hotel very central to what we wanted to do for a few days. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. A quite location for Sydney which is unusual as we were in a very central area. A full buffet breakfast was part of our deal were disapointed when charges for coffee were added to our bill.

A lovely deluxe room with great view. The hotel is in a great location and has a distinctive ambience. Just disappointing that at breakfast you have to make your own tea and coffee (no teapots provided) using a Nespresso machine. Not a great quality of coffee for a five star hotel.

A fabulous base to enjoy the Opera. Location fabulous and just a lovely walk to the opera house. An early snack in the bar by the open fire before the show just added to the wonderful atmosphere. This hotel is our favourite place to stay in Sydney and we always receive a warm welcome.

Sensational. What a fabulous experience, with exceptional service and wonderful ambiance. All done in the stride of such brilliant staff. Nothing to hard or too much to ask for. I so enjoyed ordering a pot of tea in the bar only to have it delivered to me while I sat in front of the lobby fire. Bliss. My room was...

Spacious rooms, excellent service, lychee mojitos to die for and beautiful open wood fires. The location was great - we were here to see Vivid and could even see the Museum of Contemporary Art from our room. I will definitely stay here again.
