Centrally located and easy to access by public transport. Affordable prices and friendly staff. The common areas are not clean. And use of bathrooms is a real problem as there's only one available at every floor.
The Hostel has no functional facilities. It seems that it is going to shut down and they just try to survive and the consequences are to get one Bed but nothing better.

Dirty barthrooms, dirty shower, dirty hall ways, dirty room, beds semi clean, unfriendly staff (and I'm easy to please actually) at all times, noisy street. Rooms and hostel is unlocked all day/night so anyone can walk in. Not so safe.
