$120 for an overnight stay in the CBD is as good as it gets. Sadly, a room directly above a noisy bar that didn't close until 1.30am isn't the recipe for a good night's sleep. Adequate facilities although nothing to hang clothes on apart from...More

This is a very basic hotel, with very basic accommodation. If you want luxury and comfort, avoid it. If, like us, you want a clean, comfortable bed to sleep, as you will be out, enjoying what Sydney has to offer during the day, it is...More

Came here for a drink with a friend on a Friday night. Realised we were starving so order some chips. After 20 mins they never arrived and we realised the kitchen wasn’t even open! Lights off. Fryers off. They still were happy to take our...More

Easy to find, right near Wynyard station. Greeted by friendly staff. No elevator up to 2nd floor. Room spartan but enough; 2 single beds, flat screen tele, ceiling fan. All I needed for my one night 3am return from event in city. Security fob key...More

Very friendly staff and helpful. Stayed one night on a friday after a cruise holiday. Clean rooms but its age was showing badly. Communial bathrooms need to be demolished, very substandard. The noise from the Pub below made sleep impossible

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Hi there. I am not sure about this. The rooms would be non-smoking but I do seem to recall that there was a small smokers balcony(?). I am not a smoker. Of course, there is always out the front and I would think that were... More
