We had a very warm welcome and all staff we encountered were pleasant. The room was fine and had recently had some refurbishment. The bed was comfy but when the temperature outside is 40º it's not very pleasant having to walk into a hot box and use your key to activate air conditioning. Having been in this industry for over...

Dear Linda, thank you for your review. I do appreciate your comments in regards to the swimming pool. We have been basically booked out over the last couple of weeks with the Imparja Cricket teams who spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. With the swimming pool being heavily used and the extreme hot humid temperatures we have...

"Resort" is a real stretch. This is caravan park-style accommodation. We booked a week & wished we hadn't. The "Villa" rooms (another stretch) are very basic. Approx 35sq metres with a queen & single (on casters). Daily service of rooms is just a change of sheets & towels. The floors are not cleaned. The owners provide the bare minimum -...

Great cabins with cooking facilities. BBQ's available. Very clean and safe environment, gated entry after 8pm for security. Fantastic pool of varying depths which will entertain the kids for hours. Close to the casino and shops.

Desert Palms was easy to find in a great location just outside town. The place was beautifully clean and tide. The rooms were great and well priced. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The pool was excellent. Laundry facilities are available which was a blessing

This was a really nice stop over for 1 night with my family whilst travelling. The pool was lovely, could use more shade but very relaxing. The room was tidy and well maintained. We travelled with our dog and he had plenty of shade on the balcony and under trees. Central location. Would definitely stay again

Easily located and in a nice location. The young members of staff were polite and very pleasant. The chalet was spacious and it was clean with very good amenities. The pool was excellent and a very welcome respite after our long journey. It would have been nice if we could have stayed for longer, I definitely recommend this hotel to...

This is a series of small self contained villas in a caravan park-like setting. Everything was neat and clean and relatively modern. For its price range, it was fine. A couple of things that could be better: the sheets were of poor quality and didn't feel nice to sleep in, and I found the room really airless. There was no...

The strange bedding spoilt this stay it is clear it is not washed between stays and has stains on it just because there there is a sheet between you and it does no t help. The carpet was is poor condition and therefore also felt unhygienic. Both our room and the pool are on busy main road so very noisy....

Hello Richard, thank you for your review. I just wanted to let you know starting next week all the carpets are being pulled up and vinyl tiles are being laid as it is much easier to keep clean in the desert when the rooms all open directly to the outside. Also the bed quilts are washed regularly but I also...

We stayed here twice on a round trip to Uluru. We were greeted with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. There was a laundry room and a pool. Town is a drive away but within walking distance. Casino, restaurants and pub close by. Would stay again.

These were villas in a caravan park like place. It is located a little out of town and can be accessed by bus or car. The room was clean enough, comfortable but dated.
