Went as past of the Accor advantage offer to attend the festival. Process of booking in fabulous but found resort very tired looking and in need of a refresh . Staff all very helpful but bar/ restaurant understaffed . Biggest disappointment was the actual festival staff who attended rather than worked the event, sitting front row in the Mark Olive...

I still don't understand why they are charging $8 for a bottle of French water in a single use non biodegradable bottle in the middle of the desert. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. Travellers are much more aware about plastic pollution and the carbon cost of this type of offering. I'm sure there is a more sustainable option...

We only stayed one night, so we didn't have an opportunity to try all the amenities. The lobby area and our sleeping room were very upscale with aboriginal art themes. Grounds were well-maintained and lush in the center courtyard area of the resort. One bit of a downer is the room entrances are on the less attractive outside of the...

We stayed 3 nights and were very impressed with Sails in the Desert hotel. We were picked up at the airport and greeted with a warm face washer and apple cider. Check in was quick and the reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious and the king size bed very comfortable. It was clean and well...

Ok, will admit our expectations were based on the claims that this is a 5 star property... unfortunately when that expectation is set and not delivered, it is disappointing. Gotta give them props for doing what they do in the outback, but service was really inconsistent in the bar and restaurant, and add some really strong (bad) attitude from one...

Perfect for our 3 night break at The Rock. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is a must. No need for lunch after that sumptuous spread. Staff are helpful and friendly. Plenty to see and do.

Stayed recently, facilities are fantastic just wish I had more time to stay and enjoy that pool, looked inviting but ran out of time to go for a swim. Staff very friendly, & willing to help, from the check in staff to the guys at front of resort looking after your bags while you check in. The rooms were very...

This hotel lives up to all it claims to be, a five star hotel of international standarThe garden setting is uniquely central Australian with the wonderful ghost gums. The hotel will make bookings for any of the tours or special attractions available. We had booked these through a tourist agent in advance but could have done this at the hotel...

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. check in was very quick and efficient and staff were very helpful. There were a couple of bar areas which were very pleasant to meet others in our group. We didn't dine in the hotel but breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs benedict.

We only stayed one night as we were on a Scenic touring holiday. But of all the hotels we stayed in this was one of the best. We took advantage of having two beds in the room. The room itself was large, we had a ground floor room that looked onto the swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't find time...
