We stayed in one of their cabins for a night. It was air conditioned but that is pretty much where the positives end. Cabin itself was dirty (walls, floor, even curtains) and cramped. Mattresses were old and saggy. We had an electric kettle but no chord to plug it in. Let's not even talk about the amenities - toilet bowls...

Arrived & stayed for 2 days. It was amazing. A shuttle bus runs for 10hrs till very late, picking up & dropping off everyone for free. Such convenience. The resort is like a small town. Everything is reasonably priced & the staff are friendly & professional. It was a great experience & would definitely stay again. We stayed at a...

My family group consisted of 17 people - 10 kids & 7 adults. We had 2 x cabins & 1 x powered site. No shade at powered site so was a sauna in the middle of the day. Though, we were located close to pool. The cabins were suppose to accomodate 6 x people. It was pretty obvious the only...

Hi Lainie B We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with your stay at the Ayers Rock Resort Campground and with your cabin. We do apologise that you experienced a problem with your air conditioner and we regret that we were unable to resolve the concerns during your stay. I assure you this has been addressed. As...

We stayed here in the "off season", January 2017. While I have stayed in worse parks, this was certainly a major disappointment. The park has great potential, however it is really unloved! The toilet and shower blocks are dirty, toilet bowls appear to have never been brushed with thick black sludge in the bowls, and one toilet block was infested...

We booked accomodation for one night for four adults, a two bedroom cabin, when we arrived they told us the room was not ready and to come back in half an hour, so we went away and went back in one and a half hours later and the cabin still was not ready, so we went away again, and returned...

Been camping through WA, SA and now the NT. The grass is the big win for me on this site and the grounds are well kept. Obviously visited in the off peak so a lot of potential spots were closed down, as were the closest amenities block. That aside amenities were good but not amazingly clean, the showers were particularly...

We stayed for two nights at the Ayers Rock Campground and we truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of the cabins and that was pretty nice. The cabins are meant for six people, but I would recommend staying more the four if you're the least bit claustrophobic. The communal areas were very clean. There's also a nice a...

Stayed here as there was no other campground in the area. Not terrible and price not too bad if you take the 3 nights for the price of 2. Toilet facilities OK but could be cleaner. Major minus is the pool. Nice size but full of insects. Pool cleaner came when we were swimming but seemed more interested in the...

We had three nights her mainly to visit Uluru (Ayres Rock) in a hired motorhome. It was perfect location to see the Rock, just about 20 minutes drive away. It also had the advantage of being able to use the hotels, bars, shops, restaurants on the resort, all of which were easily accessed by the regular shuttle bus which circled...
