I had a really good time in this hostel. Its really laid back and super easy to meet people, I've met several genuine friends in this hostel. Its got all the facilities you need for a stay in Darwin, swimming pool, Barbie etc, and unless you are the sort of person who irons their boxer shorts then you'll be alright. Michael the night manager is a genuinely decent bloke who works really hard and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. On a personal note I am really appreciative of how everyone, staff and guests, have tried to look out for one another and keep morale high during the current difficult and uncertain situation of the pandemic. If you are on a budget in Darwin, looking to meet people and have a good time then you will have a great stay here, I know I have

Had a great experience at this hostel. The pool was cleaned twice during my 2 week stay, made for a lovely dip in the morning. The guys were super friendly especially the night manager. They helped me with information about adventures and also work. I would recommend this place as it's one of the cheapest in Darwin with everything you expect. Thankyou frogshollow, you guys are awesome. Also shout out to Chris(the receptionist) they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable

Cockroaches everywhere (food, fridge, plates..) Lots of spiderwebs in the toilet ceiling. I could count 20 spiders there.. No one is cleaning that place for sure. The staff is bad as well and I think they don’t speak proper English because they only said like 2 or 3 words.. I had to leave after one night
