Having some work done to our house meant we needed to find a local hotel for a night. We were delighted with our experience at The Hotel Chino. All staff were warm and friendly. Our room and the property overall were fresh and very clean and we appreciated the free, undercover parking. The Hotel's Chef Alex who personally consulted the...

This is a great place to stay but is a little out of the way, rooms were spacious and modern with all facilities I require. Al La Carte breakfast was high quality and the staff very friendly. About a 10-15 minute walk to Southbank so restaurants are nearby.

Hi Kate, The compact hotel rooms are very compact and we do only allow guests to book them for 1 or 2 people and only for overnight as we realise they are very small. We only have a few of these budget rooms and we do encourage people to upgrade for just a few dollars to the spacious queen studios...

Stayed here couple of weeks ago, as i went to check in, the lady with an accent at front desk had no smile, had the feeling of her just wanting to quickly take your money and off you go. Got to the room and it smelt of an old smokers room. Bathroom floor was sticky in places, they use old...

I've stayed at the Chino many times when going to the cricket at the Gabba. The rooms are clean and fully self contained. We can have our music playing while we have a few drinks at night with the lads and never any complaints. The neighbours cant hear us and we cant hear them. Friendly accomodating staff and free parking....

Room was nice and service was lovely. Housekeeping left something to be desired but the Management assures me they were working on improving this issue.
