The Collingwood is more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. it's very well styled, very comfortable and the hosts Tim and Rachel are very gracious and able to provide loads of ideas of how best to see Brisbane. The breakfasts were excellent, a big range of choice and great quality. Paddington is a great inner city suburb that gives...

I stayed at The Collingwood for four nights. It's a beautiful, peaceful house decorated in a sophisticated and chic way and run by engaging hosts, Tim and Rachel. This establishment is a wonderful alternative to hotels particularly if you don't want to stay in the city centre although it's only situated two ks from the CBD with plenty of restaurants...

Everything about our stay at the Collingwood was amazing. We were in love with the neighborhood, Paddington right away. I like hotels in residential areas as it gives you a better look how local lives. The streed adjacent, Latrobe Terrace is filled with unique cafes, restaurants, and shops. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It had an ample...

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend with my partner. Purpose built, well designed and decorated, sitting room and balcony downstairs with four guest rooms upstairs, all with own balcony. One room has an additional sitting area. Quiet location and room is dark enough for a good sleep despite facing the road (local traffic). Modern sizable bathroom, rooms are...

I stayed at the Collingwood B & B several times over Nov-Jan period. I was working on a project in Brisbane and was travelling frequently between Brisbane and Sydney. Tim and Rachel made the stay extremely comfortable. They are brilliant hosts who go that extra mile to take care of all your needs - be it sending a welcome sms...

Maryanne and I were incredibly impressed by The Collingwood from the moment we pulled up at the gate. Beautifully renovated, this b&b blends beautifully into a very pretty Paddington street. Upon entry, the rugs, furnishings and trinkets fill the senses! You will find yourself taking mental notes on how to add these touches at home. Upstairs to one of 4...

You have a lovely business and we hope to be back soon. The facilities were great and the service was absolutely amazing. Although Rachel and Time weren't there, Juan was an all star when helping us with little things like bus schedules and making us feel at home. My wife and I used to go to hotels, but are now...
