Easy quick check-in/out by friendly staff and close to everything in Brisbane CBD. Nice size rooms and able to spread everything out. Comfortable rooms too. Have not stayed here for a long time but would stay again.

This was a nice place to stay, close to town and easy walking distance to plenty of places to eat. I was on the 9th floor and it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable, room had everything you could really need. For the price it was good value and no complaints.

We stayed here for two nights. The cleaning was the week point: we found some clothes tags left behind from the previous guests and hair in the bathroom floor. Shower head to loo low: im 1,82m tall and i was not able to fit standing under the shower. Old hotel altought good location and car parking very closed by. Paid...

Our family stayed during the last week of April and into early May 2017. We had a good room on the 14th floor, but even through it was looking straight into a construction site, it was quite interesting watching the goings on. This is a three star hotel, so you don't quite get the concierge style treatment, but it is...

Stayed here for one night on business. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The reception/Check in was a little painful & slow but I think the person was new so can accept that. It's a good location close to transport and staff were polite.

Staff on arrival were very helpful/accomodating with room allocation and check in. They were also very helpful/friendly throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and tidy views of construction sites adjacent not too nice though (they wont be there forever) lighting in bathroom over mirror pretty poor which made it difficult getting ready for function. Price was great considering location which...

Booked 1 night... room smelt v mouldy/damp. Was clean enough. Bed moderately comfortable. Had buffet brekky (paid extra)..was well worth it, fresh & good variety. I didnt have to park but would be expensive given its location so public transport or Uber is more convenient. Great walk to Queen St Mall only 5mins away too.

Large comfortable room! Also has washing facilities and a clothes line over the bath. Had to pay for wifi in the room though. Short walk to shops, restaurants and touristy sites. Only two PC's in the foyer through, one of which didn't work.

We booked this hotel by mistake, we were supposed to book the Ibis styles. We arrived at 7pm, checked in. There was a nasty smell in the room, 2 double beds when we didn't need them. The room had very few plug points. The pictures on website are very deceiving, the rooms are dated, very gloomy where the room corridors...
