We (3 adults) stayed at the Ibis for two nights over New Year. Room was large enough for the three of us. Great location to walk to South Bank and near bus stops to go up to view point. Best thing was our view from the room of the Brisbane fireworks at midnight - I had asked for a room...

Terrible service. Air conditioning throughout all 26 levels of the building failed in the afternoon on a 30+ degree day and was nor repaired. Clients left the hotel in droves. Rudest hospitality staff I have ever encountered.

Stayed here for one night only as I had a $100 Accor voucher that I needed to use before it expired. Its really annoying that the only way you can use the vouchers is to book the full price rooms and pay upon arrival - or via phone and pay the extra fee to do so. Therefore, ended up paying...

Good location, spacious clean modern comfortable room and a bath. Lacking on the service front though. A mini bar would be a welcome addition. Didn't want alcohol but a packet of chips would have been a welcome sight. There is a 7/11 across the road, good idea to stop there first! Big downfall though was my daughter left her phone...

Had a few days in Brisbane, and needed a hotel on the cheaper end that didn't have all the add-on's but was convenient to our office. THe Ibis was chosen, and it worked well. Had everything I needed in a still, new looking building. Nothing I can complain about.

I wouldn't say that this is a fancy hotel. It's average, doesn't look bad or good, has an ok buffet breakfast. The room itself is reasonably large. Biggest gripe - NO CARPARKING. Having to walk and park in an underground carpark sucks. I can't remember the cost (as I lost my ticket so it was $70+) but I think it...

Really find it hard to believe that a big hotel chain like the Ibis doesn't provide free internet to its residents, unbelievable to have to pay and very outdated. Will put me of booking with them again. Apart from that major gripe hotel was a good location, room was clean and had essentials Apart from Internet) and staff were friendly.

I chose the Ibis in Turbot Street as a convenient and economic option for a visit to the Ballet. The staff are fantastic, rooms and beds super comfy and to my delight only a few minutes walk into the centre of town. A ten minute stroll across the river on a balmy Brisbane evening to QPAC was one of the...

It's rated as a 3 star hotel, but it a lot better. It's very clean and relatively central to CBD. An easy walk. If you drive in like we did then it's in a very close proximity to the motorway. The price for the room is really good (look out for specials on this site 😊). The downfall is the...
