This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and both times have been excellent. The owners are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. I stayed in a family room with 2 other friends and it was comfy and clean. Great location as well. Thanks again Acacia!

We arranged our stay after we couldn't find any accommodation at Redcliffe. The staff were very helpful waiting up late for us to arrive. This accommodation is very reasonable for being in the city. It is clean and is gradually being upgraded. The carpet in many areas needs to be replaced. A++ for the staff. The permanent residents we met...

I booked thru Agoda a family room with private bathroom at a bargain price. I rang Acacia directly to check how to book a car park. Got told that the room I booked was actually not available. The lady was extremely helpful and gave us two queen rooms with private bathrooms to sort it straight way and was side by...

A historical inn that built around 1940s with nice and friendly staffs. Learned lots of historical insight about the city after a good talk. Close enough to train and bus stations and other tourist attractions we want to visit.

Nice friendly front staff who unlike many other establishments knew what they were doing and how to treat guests. Light breakfast a nice touch, nothing massive of course but enough to get you started for the day. Keep in mind there's no stairs so you may have to haul baggage up a flight. Room enough for my needs for the...

An old funky inn that met our needs. Be aware that a lot of their guests are permanent residents which sets a tone to the hotel. They did put our family up on the 3rd floor by ourselves (no elevator) which allowed the kids to run the hall between our 2 rooms without disturbing other people but later we stayed...

Very friendly owners that kept a large bag for me for 3 weeks (no charge) and had it ready for me in my room when I arrived. My quiet room was at the backside. Older building with some nice details such as the floor tiling. Single rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms for the budget traveler. Kitchen available, fridge and...

Out stay at this inn was great from the beginning. We had bad luck with road work and horrible traffic and missed the 7pm check-in by almost three hours. Bob (probably the owner) patiently waited for us and on arrival greeted us with a smile! The room was nice and breakfast also. The location is great. But what really counts...

The hotel is placed in the center of the City. The room was amazing and spacious for 3 people. Its a walking distance to nearby clubs and the CBD area. Great stay and was worth the price for three people for a night.
