We had a wonderful time! Besides being the most beautifully kept and clean place to stay, the Pullman is a wonderful location for anything going on in Brisbane Cbd and the surrounds. So close to transport and city venues. We have already booked here again!!!

Been a while since I've visited this property since the take over to Pullman hotels for a five star hotel I find the rooms a slight let down beds aren't as plush as I would expect for a five star property. Lots of pillows which is great and the rooms are extremely quiet thanks to double pained sound proofing glass...

Dear followmefoodie, Thanks for the review, it is much appreciated. I'm glad that our sound proofing measures have helped you enjoy your stay with us and I can understand how much of a role a comfy bed does play. We do have a regular replacement schedule in place to ensure that the beds are suitable for our guests though I'm...

Overall, our stay was excellent. Whilst there were some minor issues, the staff tried very hard to resolve issues as soon as they arose. Check In was seamless and the staff were great. However when we arrived at the room the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning. We were told that the room would be another 30 minutes, and...

Dear Daniel R, Sounds like some unfortunate issues prevented this from being a completely hassle free stay and I'm sorry about that, though I am very pleased that the team were able to help you as best they could and you got some bubbles after all!! I'm pleased you took the time to share this review with us and this...

Upon my arrival, there were no attendants to help bring my bags in from the taxi. I entered the reception area and stood in a priority check-in line for Accor Plus members as this is an Accor hotel. The two staff members were serving others so I waited. When finished, they attended to me. This is fair enough but why...

Dear hughies_online, Thanks for your detailed review of your recent stay with us at the Pullman Brisbane. I am glad overall there were many things that were pleasant about your stay but of course am disappointed that we could not live up to a higher standard, especially for one of our valued loyalty members. Had a great stay at the Pullman Brisbane King George Square, in the Deluxe King Balcony room, great view from the balcony. Close to shopping and plenty of food options, all within a short walk. The rooms are large, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some traffic noise early morning, to be expected considering it is in...

Dear kimjQ515MZ, Sounds like a really good stay, apart from the traffic noise in the morning, which, as you say, is to be somewhat expected with our inner city location. We have however tried to minimise discomfort for our guests with noise deadening insulation and double glazed windows. I'm glad none the less that the stay was good and our...

We have stayed here a few times now and found this time to be not quite up to the standard we have experienced previously. On arrival we were grateful to be allocated an early checkin. My room number was 363. It was a corner room with a huge balcony. Being only on the 3rd floor, if the door to the balcony was left open, it did get rather noisy, but otherwise, when shut it was reduced to a whisper. I didn't get any time at either the pool or the gym so I can't comment...
