The pool areas of this resort are terrific for families especially with young children who are happy to supervise them. The unit we stayed in was double story and spacious with several adults. Unfortunately I cannot find anything else positive to say about this so called "resort". Upon arrival we were met with an unfriendly unhappy staff member/receptionist at the...

Hi , i stayed here end Dec early Jan . Linen & towels ordinary to say the least. Very dusty under & behind beds. Washing machine with lint inside . No batteries for remote controls. No trays etc for oven use. Fridge not clean .Used dish cloth & scourer on sink..It shouldn't matter what one pays for a place to...

The manager was great, telephoned early to let us know the unit was ready for us. We did find it not as clean as it could be and the furniture and furnishings are getting a bit old and tired, but hey for the price you can't complain. Had everything we needed. Lovely big balcony and good sized unit.

We were able to check in early and the room was nice and clean. The staff were excellent, as are the facilities. My only criticism is they knew we were arriving and yet the fridge was turned off. Would've appreciated it on with a jug of cold water in there, particularly given the climate.

Great place to stay with families bigger than 3 people. We had a bit of trouble finding it at first, but using GPS made finding the location a breeze. Not too far off from everything! The pool was lovely, even tho it is rather small, and we were quite happy with our 3 night long stay 🌴

The manager Greame is friendly and helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Appartments are a bit old but still great for the price. Location is great being close to a large shopping centre. Book your reef/sky rail and other tours here for a discount. You get voucher and then pay at the attraction. We had the unit with the...

I went on a month's vacation in Australia last December, and this was the most disappointing of all the places we stayed. On the good side, the manager was very helpful, nice and friendly, the place was quiet, and the apartment was spacious. There were also a small pool with really hot water, and separate, under-roof parking. But the location...

We arrived later in the day by car and the property manager Graham got us checked in really fast. He was a world of knowledge and provided us with many things for us to do in the area. Cairns is quite large and as much of Australia closes at 5pm so does the area here. The apartment was nice and...

The apartment was spacious and clean. The "For Sale" sign is a little off putting when arriving but the manager to be fair was courteous and helpful especially as we arrived in the evening with no food. Not only did he take us to a local fuel station to buy simple food, the next day he took us to the...

Stayed for 2 nights with our two kids. Very spacious rooms overlooking the pool with a large living area. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. Maybe a 5 - 10 minute drive into the CBD. Would definitely stay here again.
