You could quite literally drive right into the reception desk - but why would you? Reception was friendly/helpful, as were the staff in general. If you have a walking problem, make sure of your room location. We were 4 minutes away from the dining room but only 1 minute from the small car park. I say "small" because it was,...

This place is popular for the asian tourist and locals also reside in this resort. Due to locals residing in the resort and can get a bit creep towards the end of the resort. Other than the creepy dingy accommodation at the end of the resort, the swimming pools aren't too bad for the kids or adults. During summer the...

This hotel is lovely, the breakfast included was amazing and was very affordable. The rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. The pool is very spacious and well maintained. Would recommend this place to families and solo travellers.

It is a nice hotel, maybe a little bit old now, but they are doing renovations and the rooms are big and clean. The two swimming pools are amazing, with sand, water feature and even a Jacuzzi. The breakfast is ok, even is they do not have many options for vegans. The staff is really friendly, they gave us access...

I first stayed here when it was owned by Ibis - great place, amazing pool and good clientele. Now, 3 years later I thought I would have the same experience but everything changed. Dirty and smelly rooms, carpets, some clientele looks like they were homeless and the worst breakfast buffet ever. This was one of their premium rooms as well....

We stayed here on our Australian tour. We arrived in the early evening and were efficiently allocated our room which was a on the ground floor facing sports fields. It was fairly basic but totally adequate for our needs - somewhere to sleep, shower and relax for the short time that we were actually in the room. The decor was...

We booked the Cairns Colonial Club Resort because it claims having WiFi and breakfast. Excited we found a four star hotel for that price we just were disappointed from the total beginning: The hotel is really far away from the main centre. No chance to get to the city by walk. But you can take the hotel shuttle bus. For...

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we locked ourselves out of our room! The room is a bit tired but nevertheless clean and comfortable. The pools were great and as there is 3 of them, never crowded. Great stay on a budget, we will be back!
