Booked for us by Flight Centre. Badly equipped apartment. Not enough crockery or glasses. Towels torn and frayed. Nowhere to store stuff in bedrooms. Very dated, with tatty furniture. No proper path from car park to apartment entrance. Restaurant advertised as Steak House. Worse steak we've every had. Not recommended, thankfully we'd only booked for 2 nights. On the upside,...

Dear BabsN, Thank you for your review and mentioning our staff were friendly and helpful. With this staff friendliness in mind our receptionists available 24 hours are all very approachable and understanding and would have been delighted to ensure your stay was made as comfortable as possible. Your room booked was a traditional Queenslander style apartment, however, had we known...

We stayed there for two nights and I have to say it's very good for what you pay . It's basic but I was very impressed with the cleanliness .... They have two swimming pools and laundry facilities which could come in very handy for your beach clothes and etc. The location is very good too and the staff were...

Stayed at a 2 Bedroom Apartment for 4 days. Felt that the place is kind of old; but with the full range of facilities. Something which I didn't like was that it was not walking distance to the city centre; took me like 30 mins walk there.

Dear ClaireAngel Thank you for your review and mentioning the property had a full range of facilities. Your allocated room would have been one of our heritage style Queenslander family 2 bedroom apartments. However, during your stay you could have to upgraded to one of our newer deluxe 2 bedroom apartments . The newer deluxe 2 bedroom apartment would have...

Dear Camilo M We are sorry to read that we did not quite live up to the good reputation we’ve earned from the positive reviews of our previous guests. Our duty receptionist recalls your husband visited reception and engaged in friendly conversation seeking advice on day touring options. There were definitely no issues regarding your stay brought to our receptionists...

Great sized rooms, nice location just outside of the city & lovely staff. Stayed here for 5 nights over New Years and loved it. I would definitely advise to eat at the hotels restaurant too, great food!

The accommodation was spacious for a studio self-contained apartment, clean and neat which combined with the friendliness and assistance of the staff made our stay more enjoyable. Cairns is a friendly and welcoming city. We visited the northern beach areas of Yorkeys Knob (the Boat Club is excellent), Trinity Beach (WW2 memorials and excellent tavern for lunch), Palm Cove with...

Hi Sushree2014, Thank you for your review. I read with interest your comment that the Cairns Esplanade is 1.8kms away? Actually, it's only easy short walk (120 metres) from the Cairns Queenslander. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay and we do hope to see you again. Kind regards Management

A good solid hotel that's in a reasonable price range. No frills, friendly staff, good rooms, good space, and convenient... I stayed with family, the rooms were comfortable, and there is a cafe attached to the hotel for breakfast
