We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed a lot longer. Great pool to sit around and swim in which is important when you can't swim in the ocean. Ordered yummy cocktails and lunch to the pool side which gives a lovely resort feel. Shuttle bus in to town is helpful too

We went there for a week around Easter with my husband and 2 young kids. It was a bit expensive but we definitely made the most of our stay spending all days in the pools! There are swimming pools everywhere, some with a little beach, some with warmer water, one with a bar... it was truly amazing and beautiful. The...

Wonderful. The grounds are kept spotless and magnificent. Pool area is just wonderfully appointed. Service was good. Consistency in making excellent mojitos which is hard to get these days. We are spg platinum members and they looked after us very well. Thank you.

Travelled with my wife and our daughter during Easter. The hotel buildings are built surrounding a number of salt water swimming pools. We booked the Lagoon Edge Room which are the rooms on the ground floor that has a deck direct going into the pool. This was a great experience and we absolutely loved it. However just be aware that...

Great hotel to kick back and relax. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and with friendly helpful staff. The location is great and offers regular shuttle busses into PD town ($5 single trip). We did walk one day, however it's about 40 minutes and not along a very picturesque route! The pools are beautiful and during our stay it...

We arrived late in the evening-check in staff efficient and courteous. This is a very large resort so here is a lot of walking to get to the pools restaurants and reception. Room was beautiful-large and very clean. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss- The first day there my champagne stopper that I take everywhere with me was missing...

What a place ! Beautiful and grand ! Very impressed and made friends ! Get the ground floor lagoon room where you can climb in to a shallow lagoon connected to your room ! Kids loved this ! I think there were 6 big pools and the rest lagoons through out the complex but I could be wrong. Stunning !...

My wife I loved this place. Driving in it was absolutely beautiful with all the palm trees. The hotel is very well kept, with lots to offer in the way of restaurants, bars and of course swimming pools. We had hoped to go to the beach for sunbathing and swimming but ours minds were quickly changed with it being stinger...

I feel a bit deflated even thinking about this review. I cant really say anything different to others who have reviewed. the reason we chose the Sheraton and the only reason we would choose it again was for the pool. they were lovely, large and kept our child amused for ages. the service around the pool improved during our stay...

I learned after arrival that the whole place has had a multi million dollar refit. Décor is thus to a very high standard. The pools themselves (& there are several) are great & the Lagoon Bar meals are good quality and generous portions. My only issue is having to queue for while to place your order, could be improved by...
