This hotel was booked for us by our tour operator. Its not the best place to be if you want a peaceful stay... Its popular with families... and it was school holiday time .Most of the rooms overlook the main pool and it seems the older you are the higher up your room is.... with no lift this can be...

Beautiful hotel surrounded by pools and gardens. Room had private balcony as well as a complete kitchen. Considered a self service hotel, there was no room service. Very comfortable and walking distance to town and the ocean.

Room spacious but balcony too enclosed. Good location. Continental breakfast a bit average. Pool area was nice, especially quiet due to low season. Be good for families. Asked if an ice bucket was possible and told 'I have no ice", strange when their is a pool bar on site.

Room was very pleasant 2nd floor with pool view but towards the end do not particularly noisy. Breakfast quite...

Had a room on top floor overlooking pool area. Low season so some painting work been carried out which meant scaffolding on apartments to our left. However our room was really good with decent self catering facilities. The continental breakfast was ok with a reasonable variety of items. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice to be able to walk to beach,...

We enjoyed our stay in this resort. The staff we met were all lovely and helpful. It is a nicely facilitated resort for families. We really enjoyed our time in the pools. The location is a bit away from the central area in town but it was ok for us as we had a car. The only downsides of our...

This is the second time we have stayed here, the first time was a long time ago but our memory was of a great place so we were disappointed with this visit. The room we had this time was small and no balcony, our towels were shabby and really shouldn't have been put out. The pool bar didn't have some...

The room we were given was quite small with no outdoor space, such as a balcony or terrace, which come as standard in a European hotel. The wi-fi is expensive at $40 for three days, and really slow. Allegedly, three devices can be added, but we only managed one! The hotel give you a "2 for 1" breakfast voucher on...
