Great location in the main street and close to all the restaurants & cafes. Beautifully decorated clean room, with everything you need. including free undercover parking. The only downfall was the amount of stairs in the building.

Perfect location directly above shops, restaurants and cafes with a short walk to the marina and beach. Lovely decor and very clean quiet room towards the back on the top level. Reception was hardly manned but phoning them you got the help and assistance you needed. The choice of the Mantra pools was a bonus. Downside was paying for internet...

Chosen for the convenience of location. Clean rooms, lovely toiletries. Quiet inside despite being above the live bands and nightlife. Convenient free undercover parking. Only drawback was the four flights of stairs as we were on the top floor.

Very noisy in morning, view of pub roof was not pleasant. Lots of stairs!! Rooms were nice but a bit tired looking. Not what I would term a suite. Twin beds were in spa room which was disappointing and no toilet door.

Couldn't ask for a better location in Port Douglas. The hotel is situated in the hub of it all with fantastic dining choices and cafes at your finger tips. Hotel room was modern and quiet though a little small.

I would advise people to not stay here if possible. The hotel had basically no reception - no one checked us in our out, just a phone and a safe with our keys in. The room was not serviced during our three night stay and was not very clean to start with. Our room was tiny and had no windows...

The adjoining bedroom stank of mildew. The humidity in there was shocking. The smell was very off putting. It can't be healthy. The noise coming from the bars n pubs were loud and a couple of nights going on till 1am! Needless to say, we didn't sleep well.

Overpriced - you are paying for location only. we had a very small basic queen room on the back of the property. it stank of mould. i told management this and was offered a room in another mantra property. i should have taken this but i was already out at dinner and changing hotels was too inconvenient. an air cleaner...

Lots of noise from the numerous pubs and restaurants, air con units, toilets and kitchen from the opposite restaurant backed on to our balcony so very noisey and not very nice experience with that either. Good location if you want to be in the thick of it but avoid if you need peace and quiet or have young children. Nice...

Great location- right in the centre but at the end of the main street so noise isn't a problem unless you take one of the suites at the front. Although our room overlooked the hotel dining area, it was quiet. The resort is situated right next door to Noy's Thai massage -a relaxing and inexpensive experience not to be missed!
