Not overly flash but have everything you need plus some for a wonderful holiday in port douglas. Easy walking distance to the town and very close to the beach. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Love having the balcony as well for a bit of outdoor space. The bbq area and pool are also fantasic and kept up very well. I... More

On first impression room looked quaint however is tired and needs a lift. A number of maintenance items and annoying little things. Our room was in tower 2 so no road noise. Quiet except for pool playtime outside our patio which is not a complaint. Advertised as an apartment but only a bar fridge and no washing machine. Not 4... More

I adored the way this resort looked visually, but we arrived after their receptionist was gone (4 or 5pm) and had to leave at 8am for a tour the next day.. arriving back at 5pm. Needless to say we didn't see anyone at reception our entire stay, which would have been okay except WiFi is not free AND you have... More

Hi Jordan, Thanks for your feedback however I am surprised you say that reception was not open, as we have been staffing reception until at least 6pm all through the high season, with the exception of Saturday and Sundays, when we close at 5pm. All guests that are booked with the Reef Club Management receive complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi. It appears... More

Always enjoy our stay at this resort, good value and well situated from the main shopping district. Arriving on sat 3rd Sept for another lazy 10 days to thaw out from Sydney's winter. Clean and well appointed with friendly staff.

Myself, a friend and her 5 year old recently spent 7 days at Reef Club Resort and we were pretty happy with the accommodation and pool/spa. It wasn't too busy or too noisy, it was just right. We had a surprise room clean halfway which I missed out on because I had emptied my suitcase onto my bed before we... More

A last minute minute booking at a last minute rate direct from the hotel. Very conveniently placed to beach and shops. Yes, it is on Davidson Street, but we were in the back block - room 44, 2nd floor which is on the corner. Quiet enough except for children in the pool but that's everywhere and not all day of... Great cute little apartment with two bedrooms. Clean, had everything we need for our two night stay. Beds where comfortable and clean, fresh towels, kitchen had what we needed. No oven but we had a microwave and 2 stove tops. Only one thing small negative and that would be the shower going hot and cold and felt like I was... More

We stayed here after our accommodation elsewhere was stuffed up. It was clean, simple and served a purpose. The only apartment available to us was backing on to the main road so was quite noisy, which we were advised about. Kids room was over the car park drive way so was a bit disturbing early in the morning when guests... More

This resort is smaller and easy to stay in, the pool area was fabulous with umbrellas and sun lounges and to have the pool heated was a big thumbs up for me. Kate at reception was so knowledgeable about the area with tours, restaurant tips and general info, she even helped us with wedding information for my daughter who is... More

We booked to stay at the reef club resort as it ticked every box for us. When we arrived they told us they weren't expecting us until tomorrow. We showed them our paperwork which clearly stated we arrived on the correct day. After nearly an hour of being asked to wait in the reception area they told us that someone... More
