Thanks for your feedback however I am surprised you say that reception was not open, as we have been staffing reception until at least 6pm all through the high season, with the exception of Saturday and Sundays, when we close at 5pm.
Always enjoy our stay at this resort, good value and well situated from the main shopping district. Arriving on sat 3rd Sept for another lazy 10 days to thaw out from Sydney's winter. Clean and well appointed with friendly staff.
