Just an average accom. Does need some love and care. Eg. Painting and furntire needs replacing. Pool and gardens are nice. Ok to stay for a few days but not a week or more. Found the room a bit smelly but not noisy.

Great resort style accommodation. Pool and courtyard live up to photos, lipstick palms and Tuscan style tiles and tropical timber. Two bed room well appointed, clever revolving TV, comfy couches and beds fairly firm. Our Queensland friends were cold with the bedding provided but the Victorians were happy. BBQ area clean and very usable - great for breakfast to enjoy...

This hotel is centrally located and easy to get to all main areas of port Douglas. The room had a mouldy smell about it and would be difficult to be in during serious heat. The whole place is so noisy. Quite literally people talk outside your door. A click button lock is inadequate. Pool area was lovely but needed some...

We recently stayed here for a family reunion so taking 3 apartments on the ground floor. The apartment we were in was reasonably appointed, however, a little tired and very noisy - we could hear every conversation in the corridor outside and also in the next apartment! It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk to...

Had a wonderful week in Port Douglas, but was let down at this hotel. Apartment was smelly and claustrophobic. As with some other apartments in the area it is in need of a total upgrade. Room security was poor with only push button door knob lock, inadequate locks on bedroom door and not much privacy with apartments opposite being able...

After 3 nights we had to pack everything up and move to Club Tropical which was not a lot better! At booking i stated i had...

If you like the sound of banging doors, the sound of every footstep and scraping of chairs across tiled floor above you, stay here. If you want to avoid this and stay on the top floor, be prepared to drag all your luggage up 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift. The complex is tiled so all noise...
