When you stay any where you need to trust the people that run the place. Well I can vouch Amanda & Ryan are the best managers we have met. Friendly, professional and on the ball in looking after your temporary home. A problem that you report is excecuted with great outcome and such a friendly way they are your family....

We were travelling in a hired camper van and had a powered site. Camp site is located a 20-25 minute walk from the centre of Port Douglas, however the return journey can be made by hailing the local resort shuttle service and paying $3 per person. The camp ground was a reasonable size the pitch like most organised sites had...

Great communal kitchen. Lots of BBQ stoves, 2 sinks, 2 burners and 2 huge fridges. Laundry facilities, clothesline, pool, lots of shower stalls and booking for tours are available right at the office. Everything is spic and span!

This is the second time we have stayed at this park in a Queenslander cabin. The park is centrally located with the shuttle buses to and from the centre for $3 per trip stopping almost outside the door. On our booking we had stated that we needed to park our vehicle as well as our camper trailer and we were...

Stayed at Pandanus for a few days. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, amenities were really clean. The cabins were tidy but a little tired. The swimming pool and bbq area were tidy and very inviting. Next time we stay we will probable stay for a couple of weeks as this is a beautiful part of the world for...

This is only a smallish park but it is in a great location walking distance (about 1km) from the main street of Port Douglas. As per a previous review, we parked outside before checking in and checked our spot before driving in through the main gate. Facilities are ok but probably need a face-lift. Very close to 4 Mile Beach....

Pandanus Tourist Park is set back from Port Douglas Road a bit at 97-107 Davidson Street, which runs parallel to the main drag and it’s sort of like a service road. That means no traffic whizzing by at the entrance and there’s plenty of room to park your van or motorhome right out front on the street when checking in....

Last minute overnight booking for us and we're charged $165 a night for a cabin last renovated in the 80's! And we had to make the kids bed despite being charged $10 each pet night for them. What a joke. Won't be back I can get far better value two minutes walk up the street

This place was good. The toilet block was clean and bright. The showers are tiny and you have to squeeze in and out. The water can get very hot and it will change on you without notice. The kitchen had about four barbecues and a large frig for storing your food. Bring labels though. I only found one charging point...

Stayed two nights. Was able to book at the last minute and the lady on the phone was really helpful and friendly. Although next to backpackers next door, it was really quiet. Camp kitchen was useful and clean. Bathrooms really clean and showers were excellent!! Only 1km easy walk in to town and less to the beach. Well worth a...
