We recently stayed at Reflections and thought it was fantastic. The apartments were luxurious, spacious and very clean! The location was fantastic - short walk to the restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. The pool had a great wading area for our 2 year old daughter. Carmel was a wonderful help when it came to recommending day trips...

This was our third visit to Port Douglas, but a first (and hopefully not the last) at Reflections. It is a small complex within a stones throw of 4 Mile Beach (we needed those daily walks), Macrossan Street shops and the Port's great restaurants. We found our two bedroom apartment (No.8) very comfortable, roomy, exceptionally well equipped, very clean -...

Highly recommended! This accommodation is a stones-throw from the main Port Douglas strip of restaurants & cafes plus the beach, walks, transport... everything. The two bedroom apartment was a nice surprise with a full size main bathroom and also an en-suite off the master bedroom. Other features included a large patio, large kitchen and full laundry facilities. The apartment was...

We stayed at the end of Feb for six nights, great location in Port Douglas right by the beach and a two min stroll into town, which meant no hanging around for a shuttle bus or taxi to take you home after spending an evening in town. Carmel was very helpful with trip advice, nice clean apartment and lovely pool...

We highly recommend a stay at Reflections, in Port Douglas. Our hosts Carmel & John were most generous with their time & effort to give us the most wonderful holiday & experience we could ever have had in Queensland. Our apartment was immaculate, we so appreciated our upgrade. We felt we were in our own blissful Oasis, surrounded by Palm...

This holiday had been planned for 12 months and have been emailing Carmel with quite a few queries and nothing was too much trouble for her and on arrival, Reflections has certainly lived up to our expectations. The Apartment was very spacious for the 4 of us and we had 2 Bathrooms as well, and furnishings are up todate. Fully...

We stayed for five nights during the humid wet season and found the accomodation to be very comfortable but most importantly - cool and dry! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking but we spent our evenings dining at different restaurants in town (just down the street). We were blown away by Nautilus. The only drawback to Reflections was the...

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter 2009 (sorry, late with my review). Carmel was a superb host, always helpful with advice, tips. The unit was roomy, clean and relaxing. Walk easily to everthing, beach and cafe/restaurants in Macrossan st. Pool clean but small so not as inviting as a resort style pool.Really nothing but positive experience here.

We recently spent 9 nights at Reflections of Port Douglas (Dec 13th -22nd) and could not rate it high enough. Carmel and John are magnificent hosts and nothing was too much to ask of Carmel. All day trips, shuttle services and restaurant bookings were made by Carmel and based on her excellent advice. The 3 bedroom apartment we had was...
