We stayed for two nights in a great room on the top floor. It ended up being a two bed apartment even though we only booked a"room". The check in staff were really friendly. The room had a balcony over looking the pool, which has its on beach. If you have small kids then this would be ideal as the...

Pros: Friendly service, amazing pool, great location. This is why the price is so high... Cons: very expensive for a studio room and pathetically small and poorly equipped "gym. We didn't use the pool much either- next time

There are a lot of things to like about Peppers. It's beautiful, the rooms are lovely and the service is great. However, if you are looking to relax in a peaceful location, this is not the place for you. The pool is filled with kids and obviously they are not quiet, despite the sign at the pool entrance saying "noise...

Great lagoon in the middle of the hotel. Really nice exterior and beautiful albeit small gardens. The room was nice and clean. It was exactly what we booked but I had forgotten I love the character and fun experience of staying in quirky places rather than chains. The bath tub on the balcony was nice. The staff were very friendly...

Overall very happy with the accommodation. The only things that stopped me from giving it 5/5 are: - often pool side was very noisy and unrelaxing with screaming children - one of the bedrooms was very stuffy despite the air con being on all night

The wonderful beach pool is a big attraction for my husband and me. (we are in our 60s), as are the comfortable beds. The accommodation is not cramped together as in most places, so privacy is good. We love sitting on our balcony, watching the children enjoy themselves in the beach pool. What a blissful playground for them! This was...

Food and cocktails were delicious. Close to the Main Street for shops and restaurants, also 2 minute walk to the beach. The port is a 10 minute walk for your trips out to the reef and Saturday and Sunday prawns straight off the boats.

This hotel is a lovely place to stay. It's in a great location so handy to the main shopping and eating areas with the beach not too far away. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help with anything. We had a one bedroom suite which was amazing. The pool was a great place to relax with plenty...

We stayed for three nights during July to enjoy some FNQ winter sunshine. We were not disappointed. The hotel is clean, modern and the setting of the pool is really lovely. The best part for us was the hotel's central location as it is in easy walking distance of the main high street of Port Douglas. We stayed in a...

The front of house staff at Peppers were exceptional. They could not have done more for us. Location was easily accessible and close to town. I had a spa suite and loved indulging in a daily spa on the balcony.
