The lovely lady (owner and receptionist ) tells me they can't get five star rating due to block matarial in the walls. Sounds a bit ridiculous to me as every thing else is five star. The courtyard area is beautiful lots of greenery and a great looking swimming pool. I was shown thru the conference centre which is made up...

We went for a wedding held in the conference centre. Feels like walking into a cave. Looked great. Meal was lovely and plentiful. The motel room was great, booked a double got 2 single beds too. Had a sink with draining board, iron , crockery, table chair inside and on small patio overlooking pool area. Very well presented. Only thing...

Stayed at the Capricorn Motel & Convention Centre while attending a wedding. It's a few K's from the centre of Rockhampton. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable and most rooms have sliding doors that open for access to the pool area.

Had the pleasure of booking the conference room and accommodation at the Capricornia Motel and conference centre. The staff could not do enough to ensure that everything ran smoothly for me. Staff are casual and friendly. The conference meals supplied were way above expectations. The Motel is a quiet place to stay with a good little restaurant with a great...

Nice family run motel, nothing fancy but has everything you need after a long day. Breakfast is a nice touch. Good idea that each unit has its own car spot. We didn't have a booking but that wasn't a problem. Lovely lady on reception (guessing she is the owner). Would stay again.

Booked after reading reviews and knowing rooms available. Arrived late afternoon and given a room. Knowing they had a Restaurant asked what time only to be told they had a booking of 20 coming in and may not get service until 7.30. Arrived at 7.45 still no service so had to drive some distance to get a meal. A large...

The motel is on the edge of town in a lovely quiet spot. The room was perfectly cleaned and located right next to the pool area with a big door and outdoor patio on which to enjoy the view. The owners are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The free continental breakfast, already in the fridge is a great little bonus.

We stayed because of the good reviews and were disappointed. We stayed on a Sunday night and the restaurant was closed, there was a coffee machine but he did not know how to use it. The room was OK however the shower was too small and the WiFi did not work. On browsing through the information booklet the last page...

This is my eighth stay over the past two years and it is always a delight. Hosts Michael and Jodie provide excellent friendly service and the onsite restaurant is an added bonus. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and well provided for, shampoos etc as well as complimentary basics, cereal, bread, water, juice and more. I wish the other towns...

Great place to say whether on business or leisure. I regularly stay here when travelling to Rockhampton on business, and nothing is too much trouble for the super-friendly owners & staff! You certainly get well looked after when you stay here!
