A great place for kids to have fun. The water park is great for young and old. Lots of other activities happening throughout the day. There needs to be more shade around the outdoor area especially over the pool and spa area, far to much exposure to the sun and very limited shaded areas to sit throughout the day, and...

We just spent 7 nights at paradise resort. What the resort offers is great. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed kids club as well as all the activities the resort offers during the day everyday. The only downside would be the rooms aren't overly 'family friendly' for extended stays. We were in a family room and it only offered a small kitchenette,...

We stayed here in January, our kids at 11 and 12 were just too old to enjoy the facilities on offer. The pool was too small to cater for all the guests, and the water was usually cloudy and unpleasant- we actually spent a day at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre (public pool) which was a short drive away and...

Staff were very accomidating with a few issues we had with our room so very impressed. Our buffet breakfast was included which was a great start to the day and at a small cost you can add some substance to it. We did find the cafe for lunch very over priced which did force us into leaving the resort to...

This place is equipped with everything you need for a family . The rooms are quite big, some have adjoining rooms for the nannies and poppies (babysitters). The water parks at this place are amazing one for the small kids and a bigger one for the older ones. Also a pool for the parents, as well as a spa, they...

The 'resort' concept is really just for kids and really specifically for young kids. Our kids (aged four and three years) loved it, especially the water park, pool area and the novelty of the bunk beds. They were straight onto the X-box as soon as they saw it but beware that you need to go down to the resort shop...

We stayed in an interconnecting room due to the fact there were no family rooms available. (Are there ever!?) My mum stayed in a separate room down the hall. Our rooms were fine, a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. My mum's room smelt a little musty. A portacot and folding bed were provided for our...

We were here with 5 children for 5 days on a deal that include a Pass to Dreamworld. The resort has a fantastic water park for children. Staff were excellent in providing games and activities. The resort also has ice skating, laser games facilities. My children voted it was the best holiday place. We are however trapped in terms of...

So much for the kids to do, constant free activities all day for children and families, fantastic pool and water park, great service. Easy to get to the main part of Surfers although we never went outside the resort. All the kids running around happily in a safe area reminds me a little of the childhood joy of a holiday...
