Good enough staff, decent enough views. But for less there is more out there, rooms were dirty, holes in walls, Electronics struggled to work etc. The pool need to be cleaned as well as the showers. All in all, there is better options out there for less.

My travel partner and I staying in a one bedroom apartment for 3 months. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly, and the facilities are top notch. We have been backpacking around for the last year and this is the perfect place for those who want to avoid the rowdy, dirty hostels in the area or for those who...

The state of the lounge suite was disgusting and should have been sent to the dump!! It was black vinyl and all the vinyl was peeling off. Had to get extra sheets to throw over the lounge suite to sit on. The roll-a-way mattress was about 2" thick so had to ask for another mattress.

This is a great spot if you want to be close to the action. Shops, restaurants, bars close by. Surfer's beach is a stones throw from the resort. Staff is great...lovely Canadians at reception. This is a three star resort so some rooms have a tiny bit of wear but the value is right. You could go down the road too...

Booked a 'garden-view' room which didn't really look onto anything. The rooms were very average, dirty and instead of a queen bed we got two singles pushed together... I hate that. The location of the hotel was the driving force towards us booking this place as we figured even if it wasn't that flash we were going to be out...

Hi Timmy, Thanks for taking the time to review our Resort, although it is a little disappointing that you waited 9 months to give your feedback. I have no doubt that there were issues with the room in February. Feedback like this has been addressed many times back then and our new management team have worked very hard to improve...

Stayed here for 5 nights, we loved it here close to shops and not far from theme park by car. Pool was amazing and never busy. Room was a great size and kitchen had everything we needed. we had a river view from the deck which was lovely to sit out there and eat or get a sun tan.

The rooms were basic but Clean and Tidy, situated in a Great location, friendly front desk service, and priced well!!! If you stay less than 8 nights your room doesn't get serviced, so would pay to take a bath towel and extra toilet paper. With a nice spa to relax in the evening and a pool to dip into made...
