We stayed at Green Island Resort for 6 nights in a reef view suite room number 35. The staff: all were very accommodating, helped book activities as well as run them, waitstaff in restaurant were also very good. Can't complain! The room: beautiful big king bed, shutters in room kept morning light out well, bathroom and shower were spacious and...

We spend 3 nights on Green Island, which was the perfect amount of time, although we didn't want to leave on our last day. The process of arriving at the pier to checking into our room was seamless. The room was great, the bed super comfortable, and the aircon in the room was a nice break from the humid weather...

Lots of marine life to snorkel through - green turtles and a reef sharks. Very friendly staff. Resort layout is good for both beach and rain forest walking. Suitable for young and old and the romantics.

Great place. Be aware that there are day trippers that make for crowds. However when the last boat leaves it is a quiet, special place! The staff are very informed, helpful and made our stay very spoecial.

8 nights spent here. Far too long.. I would suggest 2-3 (4 max) Food - there's one restaurant where you have breakfast, lunch (or you can eat at fast food places (2) and dinner in the same restaurant. Menu remains the same the entire time, with occasional "special" thrown in. There is room service with cheaper options. Dinner is more...

Having just returned from a week on this fantastic tiny coral cay off Cairns I can thoroughly recommend the Green Island Resort. Large comfortable rooms in a well maintained resort that pays attention to detail not seen in most 5 star establishments eg: the nightly turn down service with chocolates. The restaurant serves a really good buffet breakfast, nice variety...

Room lived up to the pictures online! It was absolutely beautiful. While the island hustles and bustles during the day with tourists, once the last ferry leaves..the quiet is resounding! It is like a country town whose "sidewalks roll-up at 4:30 pm." All that is left are staff and the guests, for us in this off-season, that was around 70...
