We stayed at Green Island Resort for 7 nights after buying a Luxury Escapes package...let's be honest, could not have afforded it otherwise! Very very pricey accommodation; for $700 a night, one would expect three meals a day! The food at the Emerald Restaurant was...More
Our stay was very relaxing. The food and service in the main restaurant was 5 star quality and our suite had everything we needed. The resort had thought of every detail in the rooms.
Our suite balcony that looked out over the rainforest was paradise,...More
We visited green island on a day trip to go snorkelling. We also checked out part of the resort. I should point out I did not stay at the hotel.

There was nothing on whist we were there in July. They're pretty straight folks and will tell you directly if you call them. The first boat comes in at 09:00 and the last boat leaves at 16:30, so even if there were works, it would be peaceful when it counts most. In any case, for most of the day, I'd expect to be on the beach and away from any works.

Reception has a bowl of fruit for guests to enjoy, but if you want more than fruit bring your snacks with you.
