I went for four nights and stayed in the Leeward Pavilion with my sister. The accommodation is beautiful, so spacious was more then enough room. The breakfast was amazing, definitely a highlight. The spa was incredible too. The Qualia boutique was also really good! If I was loaded I’d have definitely bought everything in there, they had some beautiful stuff. The service was probably the best I’d ever received anywhere. They were so helpful & professional. The food at both restaurants was amazing, but slightly too fancy to eat there every night. I’d say one night at each was enough, or maybe they could do some more simple food? We felt that even the lunch time offerings were too fancy. This honestly isn’t a problem though as we happily drove out buggy into the marina to eat! Fantastic holiday, common question was was it worth the price? I’d say 100%. I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less. We have already booked a return trip!

If there was an option for 6* they deserve it. Having visited many luxury resorts and retreats across Australia and internationally, Qualia truly outshines any Shangri La in Asia or any other resort in Australia. From the moment we arrived at Hamilton airport, our transfers were smooth. We were received at the Qualia resort reception desk within 20 min of arriving at the airport! Met by a friendly Jody from my country of origin. The assumption initially was that our friendly service was a result of Jody’s home town and the friendliness from that region. But we soon discovered, that every single staff member greeted you with the utmost care and attention and detail regarding our needs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptionally plated as if on MasterChef and despite my high standards for cuisine, I could not fault the quality/ taste and presentation. Qualia continued to impress throughout our stay until we were dropped off at the airport by another friendly staff member. Rooms missed nothing- luxury Aesop products in the bathrooms, fully stocked fridge, coffee machine, ice machine and comfy seating for the TV. Each room was a free standing luxury residence with a golf buggy for transport around town or the resort….. A resort can have the best views and facilities. But was truly make the place is the people. From the hotel manager down to the staff that waited tables, housekeeping, pool staff, gardener, Qualia surely chooses staff to the highest of standards.

As 5 stars is the max, 5 stars it must be. This place is luxury. As you already probably know. From disembarking the plane when you arrive you are greeted at the qualia check in desk. Yes, in the airport, to be whisked away in air conditioned comfort, your bags awaiting you in your pavilion. Champagne 🍾 is offered as you arrive at the resort. Incidentally, champagne is also offered when you leave, as a farewell drink. Everything in between made for a perfect holiday. I just wish I could afford to come again 😂

Stayed for our “babymoon” and couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Worth every dollar - even though it is obviously expensive! Luxury at its finest - amazing hotel, pool, rooms and staff - really couldn’t have asked for more. Wife loved the breakfast (she says to order off the secret menu) - and dinners were fantastic too. Good to also remember that all soft drinks and coffees are included in the room rate - so go wild! Can’t wait to return 🙏🙏🙏

This is a 5 star (?6) gated resort. We stayed in on of the Leeward Pavilions which was beautifully equiped, clean and great views over to Dent Island. The service could not be faulted and you only had to ask for something for it to appear. From the breakfast service (a'la Carte) to the Degustation dinner, it was great food and service with a smile and our sommelier at the dinner was excellent and very nowledgeable. One minor complaint was, we felt, the need for simple food for during the day - ie a sandwich and cakes with the coffee - but that is a personal wish. Overall we were so happy that we have booked already for next year.

We had three Leeward villas in a row and three buggies for our family. The rooms were beautifully appointed although found the air con a wee noisy. The welcome was great in the stunning setting of the foyer pool. Champagne as we arrived and in our rooms. The main pool was gorgeous as was the beach, unusually even better than the official hotel photos, and they very kindly accommodated us for a late lunch. Absolutely delicious food in both restaurants. Breakfasts were also fantastic and twice had it delivered to our terrace. The hotel is in a great spot and easy to pop to the main harbour. The hotel helped us organise a fishing trip which was great fun and we had a picnic bento box each which was great value. Would definitely return and try the Windward side.

Wonderful stay at Qualia. The service, rooms and food were all first class. We came here celebrating a multiple of birthdays and anniversaries given the lockdowns of the previous year and we were not disappointment from the moment we set foot on the resort. The lead up was great as well with a responsive guest services team who helped book us into a multitude of activities and answer our questions in the lead up to our trip. The facilities were wonderful and we loved our time at the resort. We would definitely return. The morning yoga and a visit to Spa Qualia is a must!

Average not exactly 5 star quality, couldn't even get a hold of uppermanagement to find out what to do on the Island, so hard to get down the hill at night as well on a buggy as their is no street lights.

There can be no doubt that the location and the rooms here are amazing, perhaps the nicest of the many five star accommodations we have stayed in. After a long period of busy work, transition to utter relaxation was almost immediate, and three nights was enough to leave us feeling totally refreshed. Similarly, every staff member we interacted with was a consummate professional, with that combination of formality and casual Australian that our luxury hotels seem to do so well. Special mention to Ben, the sommelier, who ran our talk and taste sessions, and to Aiden, our memorable waiter at Pebble Beach. Food options are a bit limited, with essentially one restaurant half the

From the moment we reached the Qualia desk in the airport we were impressed with the level of service. No need to stand in line and collect luggage, the Qualia team took care of that. Arrived at the resort and greeted with champagne, followed by being escorted to the lounge where Molly did a wonderful job with checking us in and making sure we had everything we need. Our room had everything we could need and beautiful views. Meals at Pebble Beach and at the Long Pavillion were perfect every time whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner and once again spectacular views from every location on the property. The pool is absolute stunning to swim in and made even better by the poolside service. Activities are planned seamlessly by the team, and whilst one had to be cancelled due to wind, it was easily rescheduled to another day. The helicopter to heart reef and the private beach picnic being the highlights. Special mention to Maddie, Casey and Jarrod who all also provided exceptional service throughout our stay, as well as the housekeeping team who always made sure our room was perfect. It was incredibly hard to leave after 6 nights but we will definitely be back!
