Don't even know where to begin! The Crew 1. As much as cool it may sound, hiring a 'young backpacker' to lead the tour is already a mistake. Apart from the 'script', it's quite disappointing when you ask a question, and cannot get an answer. We get it, a local wouldn't know otherwise, however you should get a team leader...

You couldn't have paid me to go on this trip had I known what it was going to be like. To start with there were no instructions or itinerary provided. The weather was horrendous as forecast and continued to worsen throughout the trip- the trip should not have gone ahead as the sea conditions were extremely dangerous with even the...

Please stop going there, it is absolutely not worth it!!! As most of the reviews here say it already, it is a waste of time and money you are better off taking a day trip around the beaches. Cheap cheap place, abandoned resort, everything falling appart. Cheap food, cheap drinks (even the alcohol; imagine a Sangria made of white goon...

We did the 2D/2Night trip on the Pride of Airlie, it was booked through a travel agent on their recommendation. Unfortunately the weather wasn't completely in our favour as it was cloudy and rather windy. We set sail towards the island, when we arrived it was rather run down and clearly hasn't been renovated since the new business took over....

We are 4 people backpacking together. We all enjoyed the trip! We got checked into a room all to ourselves without even asking for it. The room was perfectly fine - clean beds, air conditioning and our own shower and toilet. The sailing was also fun and the crew was nice, intertwining and gave us good information about what we...

Having read awful reviews we were prepared for the worst. Though clearly Pride of Airlie has got their act together, because we had the best three days of our entire East Coast trip. On the way to the island, we saw giant sea turtles; which seemed like a good omen as they were having a happy little shag in the...

When booking this trip my finance and I were told by the travel agent it was a great boat for couples and had lower numbers around 30 per boat as the boats are smaller and you sleep on the island resort not on the boat like other tours do. We wanted to avoid the party scene and wanted something to...

As most of the trips you can book via greyhound(wicked travel, indie...) you pay way too much for what you get. But this trip was the worst! First of all you get the cheapest of the cheapest food, so basically all that stuff what you usually eat as a backpacker and what you don't expect for 500$. On top of...

Just reading through the reviews and I can't agree with the bad reviews more! A review left recently by 'jade h' is the most accurate description of this trip so if you scroll down and read it gives an true description of what this trip has to offer. My friend and I are backpacking and went on this trip, we've...

Don't go on this trip! The resort is neglected, almost everything is broken! Only the dorm already had broken stairs, a door that couldn't lock, a broken door to the bathroom and it was dirty. It is a trip with a lot of young people where drinking games are stimulated. The trip should only be one day because the first...
