Sam and Jan are the most welcoming publicans and chefs to dream about as you cross the wide open spaces of Australia. I was riding a motorcycle across the country, it was getting late and the roos were starting to move. Olary was my last chance before having to camp by the road. But what a wonderful surprise. From the...

We stopped here for lunch. The owners and their pets were very friendly and our bacon and eggs (with salad on request) were tasty. However the place would benefit from a thorough clean and I doubt if it would pass any health inspections. ....................

I was travelling on my motorbike through when the storm ahead made me stop for the night. Online reviews I had already seen on this Hotel were not favourable BUT after spending a night there and being accommodated by the Publican Sam and his wife all I can say is the stay was fun. Food cheap and lots of it....

But.... the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! It looks like nothing has been cleaned in a loooong time -...

Not really sure where to begin! Not only were me and my mate broken down on the side of the road with no idea what to begin to do with the car and trailer and two dogs, we had no water, no food and no phone reception.. Aside from that though, we wound up being INCREDIBLY LUCKY to have the...

I'm a interstate truck drive doing oversize loads and today I finally got to stop at Olary pub had dinner and drinks and the publicans treated you as if you was part of the family. I have no problems tell everyone I talk to if they are going through Olary stop at the pub 5 stars plus
