Got a bit of a surprise with the room, stayed in a 'budget room' a dorm for $35.. There are no doors, just a hole in the wall which makes it very noisy and hard to sleep. Room however was...

A nice affordable alternative in Coober Pedy. The owner/manager Martin was very helpful and was able to arrange spur of the moment underground accommodation for me and even gave me directions to a great location for stargazing. I highly recommend this establishment, you will not be disappointed.

After cleaning staff just woke up everyone at shortly past 8, we took a shower, checked out till 9:30 as wished and went for breakfest. Good old legend Martin...

My family had a 1,500km drive from Adelaide to Alice Springs. Coober Pedy was the half way point in our travels and we booked the room on my mobile whilst driving through Port Augusta. Anyone that has done this drive with 4 kids under 8 years old will relate to this review! After the very long drive and 4 kids...

In town making a documentary and we chanced to stay at Radekas, Martin was as helpful as he was friendly and made us feel right at home. The place has a community feel with the space to chill out too. Sleeping that far underground is indescribably awesome, it's naturally cool, dark and quiet. It's perfectly central, and a walk away...
