We arrived late without a booking. Staff were very accommodating in finding 3 couples a room. The rooms were very comfortable with good showers and very comfortable beds. The price was very good for what we had and included breakfast.

We had the best salmon with sweet patato chips, I would rate this as the best pub food we had and beats some of the more expensive restaurants in town. The. Service was friendly and efficient this coupled with a nice tapbeer what else do you want.

Despite the outdated decor this hotel offers large, comfortable spaces with all the amenities you could need. We had a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, lounge, dining and tv. The hotel is in walking distance to everything and in a secure area with adequate parking. Great for families!

It doesn't look much from the outside or the inside but the food was really nice. We had 2 courses and I have no complaints about the service or the food. Curry beef, fried rice and my son loved the Singapore noodles. Not much of a dessert option so we didn't have one but otherwise pretty good

I called through on the way to Melbourne, didn't have any thing booked. Got fuel saw this place and then goggled it and trip advised it. Not the best place apparently but it was fine for my self. Big room clean and all I needed. Free WiFi TV and toilet paper haha I'd stay again if I ever come back....

The food was extremely great for value & enormous sizes. Amazing service from the front desk & bar staff. I would recommend staying here to everyone. Opal paradise. Really close to town, only metres with easy access to all facilities.

Not the best place to stay, we stayed two nights in the caravan park, no barbacue area to be seen, have to pay to have a shower cause there is very little water in Coober Pedy Everywhere we went was closed because of the Xmas holidays

Hi Gaye W Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The feedback is valuable and taken into consideration (re the barbecue facilities). Yes, our water here is a commodity. But as our showers are only 20c for 4minutes, it not only isn't too expensive, but it also helps to reduce waste. It's disappointing though that you couldn't...

After the drive down from Alice Springs, was warmly welcomed into the Opal Inn. The front desk team were great and one was undergoing training. The Manager was pleasant and considerate whilst training and explaining the details. Room was comfortable and a good night sleep had. Restaurant was good too! Thanks.
