Have stayed here a few times and it is on par with the price point. Doors and walks are pretty lightweight and there were a lot of noisy guests in the hall (banging doors) this time. Would consider staying elsewhere next time. Parking is easy though.

This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Harbour. There is some uphill walking. The hotel is responsive and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing its age although the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and staff were a bit slow to seat guests. Food and beverages were reasonable. Coffee good. The WiFi...

Friendly checking process. Spacious and clean room with nice view of Hobart. Central but quiet. Staff helped book shuttle to airport and stored bags for us as needed. Good bathroom. A little bit pricey.

Traveling with a tour group, we were booked into a comfortable room with a great city view. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with foods to accommodate a variety of tastes. Easy downhill walk to the harbor. Some might want a cab for the return trip ($7).

However, it lacked a few things I would expect, e.g. no cutlery or plates, soap instead of shower gel. Because the bathroom was relatively old I see...

The good points are the staff, the location & free wi fi. Also the bedroom is a reasonable size. However, the street noise is loud and constant. We are on the 4th floor overlooking Bathurst St. Not only traffic noise but pedestrian crossing noise. The wind whistles thru the sliding glass door. And at night we can here the lift!...
