We stayed here and were very impressed, had a lovely time. The rooms were fully equipped with kitchen things for all eventualities! And a laundry free for guests was def. a great feature for those travelling. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location fab - not too close to the mayhem of loud salamanca strip but very short walk. Only down...

This room was a real surprise. We had a lovely big bed, a settee, dining tale and chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen! I hadn't realised that we would have an apartment inside a hotel. It was really spacious and was nice be able to make your own breakfast when you wanted. Each floor has a laundrette. This...

Dear heatherad_69, Thank you for your 5-star review. It’s very pleasing to know that your expectations of our property were exceeded. We try to offer our guests a home-away-from-home experience and believe you should not be charged to wash your laundry, connect to the WiFi or to park your car. These are all services we include at no extra charge....

We booked to stay here 2 years consecutive. Rooms enormous with kitchen and bathroom. Laundrette on 2 floors and pool. Breakfast great but bar wasn't open each night. Very central and comfy accommodation. Look forward to staying again. Problems with the car park though. Spaces not big enough.

Dear Queensmot, Thank you for reviewing us after your stay. It’s wonderful to know that you have returned and once again found your suite to have plenty of space and the facilities you needed. Just to let you know, our bar does open every day but will close when the restaurant closes if nobody is using it. Normally this would...

Beds were great, rooms sizes very spacious and clean. Sadly the whole stay was spoilt by the noise of other guests with infanta and the poor attitude of some of the staff when this was raised. The walls are wafer thin, consider this before booking..

We stayed for two nights, three days in a two bedroom family suite. It was very clean, beds very comfy, large bathroom and a small kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and a conventional oven should you wish to do any cooking. We had room service whilst staying there and the meals were excellent. There is also a restaurant within...
