Stayed on top floor many times. Very much over the renovations that seem to have been going on for years. Promised all would be completed by this visit. So disappointed to find construction STILL going on. The much anticipated members and public bars still still not open, so sitting watching TV with stuffed remote. On second remote. Just about to...

Enjoyed a long weekend in Hobart. Unfortunately they had renovations going on which we thought were going to be finished by the time of our trip. We had to take two different lifts to get to our room and carry our suitcases up a few steps leading to the second lift. I think on occasions like these, when guests are...

So much research was put into this trip , this hotel is the perfect place if you want to walk around . 5 min walk to Salamanca market , close to lots of restaurants and close to all the shops . Downside the magnetic key system kept letting us down during our stay we had problems approx 5 times over...

Booked 3 nights - extended an extra 1. Great location, easy walking distance to CBD, the wharf, and the tourist bureau. Great staff - nothing was too much trouble, and the room was clean, well presented, and spacious. We would definitely stay there again, next time in Hobart.

Stayed at this property with my adult daughter. We chose a one bedroom king zip apartment. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Our windows had a view of Mt Wellington. The black-out blinds on the windows were actually bi-fold doors. They kept the apartment so dark we had the longest night's sleep ever! The kitchen had a microwave and fridge,...

Were the rooms clean - Yes, very clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen. All areas were clean. Was the bed comfortable - No trouble falling asleep, the bed was a king size, and very very comfortable. Our apartment had blackout curtains, which made sleeping in easy. Was the environment quiet - Yes. The apartments are on...

We spent 4 nights in a spa room on the top floor. The room was great, very spacious, nice view, seperate bedroom, huge ensuite with bath and a spa on the large balcony. Also very clean. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. On arrival we were told the fridges had been accidentally turned off and all the breakfast was ruined...

Good Great location. We could walk to everything easily and lots if restaurants and things to see nearby Staff were fantastic. Really helpful and friendly Rooms clean and tidy Bad Renovations were a nightmare. We weren't aware when booking. You had to go up one lift, up stairs, past the car park and up another lift. Got annoying really quickly...

Despite the ongoing construction at the time, we really loved our accommodation - a 1 bedroom studio interconnecting with a 1 bedroom. Very spacious and clean, with all amenities one would need. Great, quiet location - so close to everything in the heart of the city. One downfall - the exorbitant cost of brekkie $30 per person above 13, for...

From my initial communications with the reservation staff, all the way through to the Front Desk staff, I have been impressed on the level of helpfulness and friendliness on display by all who I interacted with. Despite having some renovations/additions still being carried out at the hotel, it didn't detract from my stay. Parking is a little bit limited at...
