Superbly central, surrounded by cafes, pubs and restaurants, a short walk to Salamanca, only a bit further to Dockside and the CBD. Clean and well equipped. Not modern but very comfortable and well appointed, as befits the location in the heart of Battery Point. We hope to stay there again.

The most amazing thing about this accommodation is that everything is at your finger tips, restaurants, cafes, short walk to Salamanca. Well equipt and very tidy and was surprisingly quiet given the location. only downside is the ensuit bathroom so if you have an additional person they have to come through the bedroom to use the bathroom. It didn't matter...

Spent seven nights early May 2016 wish we could have stayed longer. Such a warm and comfortable apartment spotless and a lovely homely atmosphere. A great supply of books, magazines and DVDS to relax and entertain after a hard day sightseeing this amazingly historic and beautiful area. Andrea was the perfect host and supplied plenty of information on the area...

Other reviewers reflect this well - the location, walking distance to Salamanca is wonderful and the price is right. It's not flash and the parking is tight - but is included. We found the street noise a little disturbing at night, but that's the price you pay for being close to so many restaurants etc. Overall a good place to...

The restaurants are all at your door, or a short walk to Salamanca from this lovely 2 bedroom accomodation. It was perfect for our stay. It was clean and small, fine for the 3 of us. Yes, you do need to access the main bedroom to get to the toilet, but being a family this didn't bother us. The value...

We have just had a wonderful two weeks in Hobart staying at this facility. The location really doesn't come any better with the waterfront and city within easy walking distance and a good selection of cafes, restaurants and other food outlets nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything we wanted, including off street parking, which is hard to...

Location is the best point about this apartment. It's the best place to be in Hobart. Apartment is dated but pretty comfortable, & has plenty of space. Easy people to deal with. I would stay here again.

This was a great apartment - very comfortable and furnished very nicely. Clean and very well kept with a gorgeous little back garden. Great location - only a short 5 min walk to Salamanca and lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and the linens were top quality and the bed very comfortable.

The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to restaurants and cafes and an easy walk to Salamanca Place. The apartment has everything you need and some nice little touches such as books by the bed. The one downside is that the bathroom is off the main bedroom, so late night calls of nature by the guest using the second...
