Stayed recently with my father and brother to celebrate my father's birthday. Room ok, bed comfortable, shower sensational. Parking is cramped . We enjoyed the many pubs in the area before heading into the city to watch the Saints beat the cats......a $12 cab ride. I love this area, so close to everything . We paid $150 for a triple...

This motel as other reviewers have mentioned, likely had its last renovation in 1982. Its a single level above hostel accommodation. If you are visiting the CBD or Melbourne attractions for a night or two, do yourself a favour & pay extra $30 for somewhere nice. If you have a relative visiting RMH for appts, then definitely consider this motel....

Pretty room. $93.00,.includes free contintental breakfast. Raisen toasts. Fresh bread'cereal and juice. Easy drive in parking spots .flat screen TV. Hanging flower baskets in central court are unusual...I liked it..close to city centre .going to stay again.

This accommodation is located in a very convenient place to access both the Melbourne CBD as well as great cafes in North Melbourne. Walk to the lovely Errol Street for great coffee, breakfasts and delicious lunches. Jump on a tram for a quick trip into the CBD. Now for the down side of the Arden Motel: It's old and in...

We stayed in a twin room at the very front of the hotel (room 2). When we first checked in, we were concerned about the noise from the street. However the traffic eased after about 10 pm and didn't disturb us through the night. This motel has everything one would expect from a motel (flat screen television, fridge, microwave, shower...

Within comfy walking distance to major hospitals - very handy for us from country Vic, needing to be in Melb. for day surgery. Suggest ask for the better rooms depending on yr budget. Be mindful there is no lift. Motel is old, fairly basic but room was clean and comfy. Onsite parking was a bonus, and the free continental breakfast...

The motel is old, small rooms are shabby, no services. Have to lug baggage up stairs. Everything has deteriorated under new management. I have stayed there often but never again. Manager made up new parking rules, bullied me and threatened to tow away my car, ruined my trip when I had to move it. Avoid.Better choices nearby for similar prices

This was my 3rd visit. I had a room on 2nd floor this time. Room was smaller, air con loud and worked sporadically. Lounge was under the TV, so you had to either sit on a hard chair or the bed. Shower had pipe rattle when turning it on. Shower was good, but small. Bathroom was lit up all night...
