Just overall sad (and unhappy). Our third visit here in 18 months but no welcome back on arrival. Nothing on Accor plus site or welcome/check in email about renovations (so came as big surprise when we walked in!) As gold members none of the expected advantages - no upgrade, no welcome drink and no welcome to hotel! One magazine in...

My partner and I booked a delux king room & upon arrival got upgraded to the suit! It was beautiful, comfy king bed & romantic bathroom with decent size bath. We had access to the 18th floor for canapés & drinks at night which was nice, yummy finger food (hot & cold) and plenty of drink options (my drink of...

I expected more from a Pullman. Woken by screaming water pipes - from the room next door. I can hear people talking in the hall. I can hear people in the room next door. Lovely view over the MCG - if the window was clean. The room is small despite being a 2x double bed room. The bathroom needs renovation,...

Obviously in the middle of a major renovation, but the hotel had minimised the effect on guests to the best of their ability. The place was quite palatial in the late 70's but has dated somewhat since then. The location , opposite the iconic MCG is still good. Trams leave from right outside but beware that the free tram precinct...

This may not be where you want to be if you want to be in the midst of this lovely city. A real climb to to get to the subway or to walk into town. Not impossible, but not convenient. Hotel is a tad shabby and empty feeling. Would not be my choice for an other visit.

The hotel is undergoing a massive renovation and feels like a construction site - whether it is the work around the reception/ lifts or parking. The bar and meal area is temporary and very poor! The breakfast quality is also extremely poor. Am a loyal Accor member and stay at pullmans across the world - this one is a complete...

This Hotel is undergoing Renovations. (from the original Hilton) Noisy during the day. Out dated Rooms. Bathroom very poor. We stayed for 3 Nights. Very expensive. Across the road to the MCG - Perfect. Great places on Wellington Road for B'feast and Lunch. Close to Parks, Gardens and City. All in walking distance.

We booked and stayed a Saturday night as a break for dinner and a show in the city. Hotel is under major renovations which we were unaware of. Cost if accomodation did not take this into account. Rooms are old and outdated and ours had a musty smell. We were disappointed as we expected more from a Pullman Hotel.

My wife and I enjoy Melbourne but had never stayed out this side before. Pullman on the Park was, and probably still is, undergoing major renovations. However, it did not impact on us at all. The renovations are certainly due at everything is starting to show its age. We were lucky enough to be on the Executive floor with access...
