Great service from early check in to parking. Went above and beyond in terms of holding luggage and meeting our needs. Would highly recommend staying at the Crossley and I will definitely book again soon.

Stayed for 2 nights early January. Arrived late evening but this wasn't a problem. Very helpful reception staff. Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lovely home cooked pastries and muffins! Nice central area, easy walking to enjoy Melbourne. Would stay here again

Ideal location for a stay in Melbourne, close to shops, theatres and restaurants. Crossley Hotel is comfortable and clean and offers a great buffet breakfast. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the bathroom although clean is a bit dated. Thoroughly enjoyed stay here with friendly staff and would definitely return

What can I say--this hotel ticks all the boxes. You could almost classify quite a few services as 5 star. Also so close to everything including some great restaurants and public transport. We will always make this our base when visiting from Gold Coast

Provided that you're not looking for a 5 star hotel, this is a great location from which to explore the city. Very conveniently located, great Contintental breakfast buffet, quiet rooms (apart from air con) and friendly staff. Mattresses on beds were a bit tired.

We stayed for 7 nights,This hotel is great value for money and the location is fantastic! The rooms are not 5 star but are still very nice and clean. The hotel is located off the main st up a one way road making it quiet with very little traffic noise. The staff are very friendly and were happy to help...

We stayed here a few nights, it was lovely. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. It's in a great central location in Melbourne. Lots of nice pubs around. The breakfast was good - it's a buffet style downstairs.

This place is a real gem. The staff are the main reason for this as they are just fantastic. From the moment you check in, right through until the time you leave, they were all, without exception, fantastic. The hotel itself is in a great location and is an easy walk to everywhere. It is in the China town area...

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place to eat before hitting the nightclub scene. The place simply buzzes, and the well-preserved buildings exude a sense of Imperial China stemming from immigration over a century ago. In restaurant after restaurant on Little Bourke Street, you'll find delicious dishes such as sizzling honeyed prawns, and value for your money. Stately matrons oversee family kitchens serving up age-old recipes. The lighting may be unromantic, the patrons loud, and the service no-nonsense, but the food is sensational.
