The room was large but we had a view of the car park. We had consent noise from the air conditioners. Not one of my better stays at the hotel. It does have onsite car park. No free wi fi and the breakfast is not one of the better ones that we have had.

Definitely not 4 stars as advertised more like 2.5 stars with service and facilities to match. This hotel should be avoided run down rooms and public areas no Internet mouldy bathrooms the TV is from the 1980s even the carpet in the room was two different type. The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in Melbourne.Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Breakfast options were limited and was not up to the mark. Also rooms were just decent. No shaving mirror in the bathrooms. Safe lockers were not provided in the rooms. Washrooms in the lobby were not clean.

The accommodation was okay, close to transport links. However, the service at breakfast was inconsistent with some days having very poor service. We paid for internet but failed to connect even when we called their IT services. Luckily, they refunded our one week internet voucher. It was winter and we arrived close to midnight. Unfortunately, the heating was not on...

We were a large delegation arriving for the International AIDS Society Congress. I speak with my own opinions not the official ones of my organisation who paid for my accommodation here. Realising I might need an Australian mobile during the just over a week of stay, I contacted them in advance to see if they could hold on to my...

My wife and I left room 529 for dinner on the evening of 28.July. When we returned three hours later a mobile phone had been taken from the room. We reported to the front desk and local police within 30 minutes of discovery. Next morning the day manager produced a print out of the swipe card access records which he...

I booked this hotel due to the location. The room I was given was old but clean although there was mould in the grout in the bathroom. The shower was over the bath and not at all convenient to access. There were no hand rails to hold onto. The TV was extremely old and you couldn't get all the channels...

Stayed 4 nights on a training course in south melbourne. The staff were very good and polite, the location is great, walking distance to Albert park lake, St Kilda and a short tram ride to Melbourne. I had a standard room, no view, but no complaints about anything. Recommend it.

Great location but what a tired, old ugly Hotel. The parking arrangement was ridiculous. You have to reverse all the way back past reception! The room was clean enough, but the Telly was an old analogue, the shower was in the bath and very dangerous to climb in to. Overall, a very run down, old Hotel. It wasn't cheap either....

Mixed feelings about hotel. Avoid restaurant. Arrived at hotel - no issues with check-in, reception staff attentive. Windows on fourth floor leak - there was heavy rain and the drops were collecting on the inside of the window. Television in our room was broken - staff response was above satisfactory - moved to a better room. TV reception in new...
