Stayed at Bayview Eden as close proximity to the Australian Formula One Grand Prix. Hotel desperately needs work done to it! So old looking, disgusting stained carpets throughout! I slept in a double bed but the bed head was for a single! As soon as you closed the shower curtain you were in almost darkness due to poor lightning, very...

Booking our stay here was a breeze. Organised through emails only, the staff were more than happy to accommodate our needs and answer all of our questions. Rooms were clean and fairly large. Bed wasn't the greatest in comfort and only one pillow each on the bed. Late checkout was great. On site carparking. Definitely stay again

Hotel rooms are a bit dated, but overall a good hotel for a short stay. Staffs here where helpful don't put your room key near your phone or credit cards as they stop working Great breakfast. Car park is terrible only for small cars but cheap.

We went for the Grand Prix and wanted to stay close to the circuit so chose here. We had stayed in the sister property a little further down the road and were not at all happy with them, but thought we would try this one out as the reviews were better and the price during the event was not stupid....

Stayed here for 3 nights as a result of a conference. Had a corner room which was nice with 2 windows but was to the rear of the building which meant that yes during the weekdays the garbage trucks come very early... and thats the noise factor. Clean but does need an update from the 1990's, very tired furniture and...

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Unfortunately there was no free Wi-fi in the rooms only a terrible slow option to access the internet in the lobby. I think anno 2015 free wi-fi is a basic service. It's easy to get there by public transport. Surroundings are not very pleasant for walking except for the park. Busy/congested...

For the the prices you can end up paying on the weekend to stay at this hotel, you expect a lot more! The rooms are SO old and tired. The floors are incredibly uneven, like small hills under the carpet, not to mention stained and damp smelling. The furniture is so old it is like stepping back in time. The...

The Eden is quite old fashioned compared to a lot around. That said, it is a good hotel. Really clean, bed is comfortable, rooms are large and staff very efficient. Location is very good, 5 minutes from the tram, and a really pleasant outlook. There's an Italian restaurant around the corner, Roscos, it's worth a visit if you want something...

Stayed for 8 days. The bed was super comfortable - we tried to find a label on the mattress so we could buy one, and the pillows were fantastic. The shower was lovely and so powerful (the bath was a little high to climb in and out of though but since coming home we have noticed how useless our shower...
