I've been going to the Park Hyatt for 7 years now and I'm afraid this will be the last time. There was a time when this hotel was a first class venue - not anymore. Limited breakfast choice, poor check in process shambolic club lounge. It was poor last visit in 2016 thought I'd give it one more try but...

Amazing hotel. Great staff, very helpful. Large room with great amenities. Arranged a rental car at a very reasonable price. Great location near great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again during my next stay in Melbourne.

We have just stayed in the Club Deluxe King room (1952) at the Park Hyatt and we were pleasantly surprised. We noted some previous reviews (here and online) that commented on the hotel being tired, but we couldn't agree. This was our first visit and wow what an entrance / reception. The hotel has a mix of decor (some art...

The Park Hyatt is one of Melbourne's most luxurious hotels and lives up to its ranking. Classic old fashioned style and elegance are in abundance from check to its large and luxurious rooms. Set in the Paris end of Melbourne and within short walking distance to many of Melbourne's glorious parks, sporting facilities, eateries and shops. Certainly not cheap but...

The Park Hyatt is with out doubt my favourite hotel. It's timeless design makes you feel good. The service is outstanding as you would expect from this level of Hyatt. The rooms are large and well designed. Bathrooms are huge. Indoor pool, amazing spa service and well equipped gym. You sure won't go hungry with an outstanding restaurant for breakfast...

I had a great stay at Park Hyatt with friends. The staff were wonderful, especially when the glass table broke, they came straight up and took care of it. Meals were good but did not eat too much from hotel, as there were lots of restaurants to choose from. Room was spacious and comfortable, layout of room was good.

This is a lovely Hotel, but in all honesty, at $450 a night ( on sale) I can't justify it. There are better Hotels in the City at these prices and our room didn't have nice views at all. We overlooked a roof! Wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed here the weekend of our wedding and loved every minute. Our suite was upgraded and a lovely bottle of champagne waiting in our room to celebrate our nuptials. The suite was great, very clean and comfortable. The view was also excellent. The staff were friendly, pool was great for a swim and room service food exceeded our expectations...

I loved this hotel. My king spa room was beautiful. I loved spending time in the room. Jacuzzi was great. The spa here was amazing. Try the lavender dreaming treatment. The High tea at the Hyatt park lounge was divine. Great champagne. Great location. Very quiet. Loved it here
