i was headed to melbourne for work and needed somewhere to stay for a week. my needs were simple. i wanted a self-contained one bedroom apartment with secure off-street parking. abacus proved to be the perfect find for me. i haven't given them five points because to be fair, it's not a five points destination. and neither do they profess...

A great location close to the CBD and close to St Kilda. Very well priced for South Yarra, with polite staff and comfortable beds. Yes the rooms are smaller than normal, but you make up for this by location. Car parking can be an issue as the spaces are rather small for an SUV, if you have a smaller car...

We will definitely stay here again, the staff were really helpful and the location is ideal in a quite road, close to train station, tram, restaurants and shops. We needed a two bedroom unit and they gave us two single units interconnected, both with kitchens and showers, quite a bonus. Thanks to all Abacus staff.

My family and I stayed at Abacus Apartments and had a lovely time. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It truly is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a quiet street in the middle of South Yarra. Only a minutes walk right into the hustle & bustle of Toorak Rd and Chapel street....

What a fantastic place. Tucked away in Avoca St South Yarra. I can't speak highly enough about my stay. Was extremely clean. Great location and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Its only 23 apartments so it felt more like a private hotel to us.
